True Blue Rocker Chelsee Foster ( CH3LS ) has been a veteran of the music industry for over a decade. In Los Angeles, she sold out legendary venues such as The Viper Room, The Whisky a Go-Go, and the Troubadour. Chelsee also worked in performance licensing for years utilizing her music business degree.
